Assign to a people in your contact list a ringtone from Gallery:
1. Connect your galaxy Y to your Laptop/desktop
2. Browse to your mass storage then find the folder "Media", if it's not on there, create a new folder and named it "media"
3. Create a new folder and named it "Ringtones".
4. Then grab a copy music files you wanted from your computer into that newly created folder "Ringtones".
5. Once finishes, disconnect your Galaxy Y from the computer.
6. Then you can assign that music files to a people in your contact list.
